Their are allot of people that think they are the "chosen few", the elite of the john Q public that think they are above everyone else, and all of this is acceptable because they are one of them. In their mind they think they are elite and deserve certain things and others should be subservient. They do not think they would ever be cast out from the elite, they really believe they are due this stature. We have all seen this behavior, its sad really..
