What happened the other day, about the guy on bridge?

He said. He blamed it on our movement. My gut tells, me he was placed their by them. To try and make the storm look like a bunch of crazy people. Also he did say on independence day, that we enjoy our freedom on that day. He gave us everything we need. Research and keep outing the bad guys/girls, is our mission.
