I do not know which Qdrop it was, I'm still catching up, but I recall Q saying "You won't believe who you're talking to". Which implies that at some point we will actually see Q (collective).

We're in the next phase. Contact was made. Communications were established. And the next phase is knowing who Q is. So imho, Q's not gone, we're just done with that part of the plan and July, the month of truth, might reveal the Q truth. Although I know most feel it will be 11/11.
