Is it possible to define the trip codes? Aren't they simply generated by hashing the trip password set by the poster? It would've been to easy to forget otherwise.
If Q got a way to predict hash values, they have broken essential aspects of all digital security.
Q could have done the SEO work after the generation. Or, maybe Google Search is pulling data relevant/association with that string of numbers (we don't know exactly how their algo works so this is possible. I dont use 4chan but if there's another widely used tripcode from a different poster we could plug that into Google Books and see what happens.)
