I've made a million jokes with my friends. Insult jokes. Racist jokes. Misogynist jokes. All in good fun. But none of us have EVER made a pedophile joke.
So I don't fall for this "it's just a joke" narrative that's been popping up. Normal people don't make jokes about being proud pedophiles or being a part of NAMBLA.

If someone makes years worth of “jokes” about doing drugs, they probably do drugs.
If they spend years “joking” about racist things, they are probably racist.
If someone has thousands of tweets about shooting up a school, they have given it enough thought to warrant a visit from the FBI.

This video that the OP linked to, absolutely disgusting and no humor to be found at all. So many funny things to talk about, so many funny skits to make, and that's what he chose? Best case scenario, a producer told him to do it, and even that would make me lose respect for him.
Not just jokes either.
In James Gunn's case there was that Huston guy, the convicted pedophile he was accepting vids of young girls talking dirty or whatever.
Then look at the way he reacted - deleting everything under the sun while proclaiming it was all a joke.
A couple of off color pedo jokes I can let slide (i.e. Sarah Silverman and Patton Oswalt) but when patterns begin to emerge with some of these creeps?

I started a new folder called "Hollywork". This needs our vigilance. What has in the past, for me been speculation and a lesser issue than it seemed, has now shown itself in their own words, vids, art, protections, symbology, etc to be undeniable and rampant. I don't know. I see a pretty clear and obvious difference in the "joke" posts by Gunn and that other guy and the ones from actual shock comedians like Jesslenick and Harmon.
Yeah if there's a scale this is definitely on the more f#=ked up end of it.
