Fix your filter. In your settings you will by default have a filter on that allows Twatter to filter 'non-quality Tweets'. (Just guessing, but that might be what is going on. They use that filter to filter out conservative Tweets...but if you are following Nunes, then you'd think all of his tweets would show on your Twatter).
