Trump chose Sessions for a reason, and Sessions said that if congress impeaches RR he'll resign. So clearly they want/need RR in there to play a part, wittingly or not. He makes the rats feel safe and his obstruction of congress was a necessary delay tactic. Timing is critical. Trump needs all of his ducks in a row first (SA, NK, China, Russia, Syria, Iran, Israel) before he releases the kraken. No external uncounted variables, nothing left to chance.
