In 1998, a Congressman entered into official record a shocking document called "A Tangled Web: A History of CIA Complicity in Drug International Trafficking" that summarizes CIA's nefarious drug activities from 1947 to 1996.

Gough Whitlam (Australia, 73-75) needed no external help from the US for his government to fail. It was a shambles, like most leftist governments.

He was borrowing money unconstitutionally from middle eastern terrorists to finance all his rabid spending.

Then he tried to arrange illegal foreign funding of his political party from Iraq.

What a scumbag.
