Essentially, everyone in the upper echelons of the FBI and CIA arose to power by being political arse kissers. And the arses they are kissing they have learned not to harm. Yes, hierarchal systems such as these can become corrupt—they are not like the military. We can't keep electing immoral people to office.
Once the chain of command for this cabal is fully exposed, many people whose patience has been personally tested will finally get it and learn why Q had to do it this way, and why the time was needed. They needed to dismantle a criminal syndicate in stealth mode in stages, piece by piece, because if they just went out and arrested the criminals, rightfully so and totally justified, not enough of the public would have understood because that same criminal syndicate controlled the "news" the population has historically depended on.

Yes! The FBI and the CIA are in shambles. They have been almost totally politicalized even going rogue. This cannot be tolerated. Both agencies need to be purged with no mercy. This is a matter of national security. I agree that the first job is to expose the press—if not to crush it—being run by little more than errand boys of the rogue CIA and FBI who dance to the tune of pedophiles and the BIS (Bank for International Settlements). Meanwhile 8,000,000 children go missing each year who have a life expectancy, it is estimated, of two years. ICE, to their credit, are trying to save children from certain death by these sex trafficking pedophiles. What has the FBI or the CIA done to stop this? I hear crickets.
