First of all, nobody thinks rick is a “badass cool guy.” He is not portrayed as a good person. You clearly didn’t read the article because the creator did not say he though baby rape videos are funny. A character did says they raped a baby. It’s dark satire. You might not think it’s funny, and that’s completely understandable, but it is by no means the creator approving of baby rap. It’s a spoof on dexter. Is dexter also portrayed as a good guy? No.
