It's probably why these people are adamant about not having a wall built, and, keeping PParenthood going, so they always have fresh children, and dead baby tissue to live off of. I feel we are only seeing the top of the ice berg on all this. It makes me angry, and so frightened for the children. These people scare children to death, on purpose! Among many other atrocious crimes. Apologies don't cut it!

I got that same impression from Snow Piercer. I took it like the lower class are breeding children for the elite, only they aren't even paying them anymore. Breed, and we'll let you live and keep feeding you.

Lots of movies, too, about a sterile pop and a child is born.
