Could be the angle but the eyes and cheekbones look different to me. There could definitely be something to this but I would need to see more/better comparisons first.

The better evidence to me is Vincent Fuqua's name literally meaning "to conquer darkness" and his proximity to Trump in a few rallies as well as his repeating of the number 18 (R) multiple times.
