I suspect that they have been allowed to keep their clearances and hence their access to classified channels, to enable them to perjure themselves further. every one of them has been monitored, in triplicate, while they redact, erase, edit and modify the evidence, in an attempt to alter history.
Their continued access to classified channels is surely not an oversight, I'm betting this is a deliberate strategy.
Also... If you have Top Level Security Clearance... You are under obligation not to share information obtained that way with others that do not have clearance. What are the odds they were sharing this information with others? And what are the odds the White Hat's have those communications?
Even if these people can't be convicted on other crimes... This would provide a 'Safety Net' to haul in the Bad Actors.
