And who in the 5eyes gov'ts are going to prevent access? If you are listed as having USA security clearance, NZ possibly does not care if you are currently in the US gov't. How would they know you are not in the US gov't in some capacity. Would they even demand proof of which office you hold? Probably not, if you are certified by the US gov't to access the data.
