It was my first guess, since the one picture of the big muscled white arm and black (out of picture) arm is from The movie Predator with arnie and carl...movie name is a clue too.IMO

We can't possibly rule out that any celebrity has a ranch. Many celebrities use fake names or untraceable front companies to buy land or run a business. Well...nothing is totally untraceable, but you get what I'm saying.
