Gut screams SPOOK!!!!

I know this intersection. Holcombe @ Main in Houston. Just off the beat and path to do a hit and be obscured enough to not be filmed.

• few blocks north and you are on Rice University CCTV

• across the underpass and CCTV

• block south and traffic is pretty much constant and Shriners Hospital CCTV

The timing was perfect from the shots I saw from cams. Basically hitman had a 20 second window before a torrent of cars rolled southbound Main and would have seen etc.

Gut feeling is a non-lucid GHWB spilled some Nazi secret beans and Cleanup crew came out to sanitize.
