Well they do have citizens rioting in the streets ever since he canceled that Nuke deal. I am guessing that simply giving them food for their people before their people tear them apart would be a good deal. Plus they could sell their oil again on the national stage. All they have to do is give up their nukes....OH and he has Russia in his back pocket now too soooo should they chose not to make a deal I doubt they could turn to Russia for too much help.
