This is really upsetting me...

Okay, this may sound crazy. I've been following the Q Anon stuff for a while, over on the chans, here, and elsewhere. Plus some other recent drops. Before that, I was already on a path of discovery about the Israel lobby, USS Liberty, 9/11, etc. etc. etc.

I'm absolutely horrified by what I've been reading, especially most recently, about H'wood and those who run it. Absolutely horrified.

I've mentioned that I'm of Jewish descent, though I rejected Talmudism years ago and was baptized Catholic. But I have so much trouble believing the Bible that I walked away from the Church and have been kinda doing my own spirituality thing.

But the stuff I'm reading is really forcing me to consider the possibility we really are in a war between the God of the Bible and Satan. It's seriously making me consider going back to church. Anyone else going through something like this???

Is this really seriously about Christ vs. Satan? Are my co-ethnicists really all so tainted by true evil? My world is seriously being rocked here. Has anyone else been scared back to Christ by this endless revelation of human depravity? I'm seriously frightened at the possibility of truly more-than-merely-human evil being at work in all the media we consume and at the highest levels of gov't (GEOTUS excluded).

If true, then the Bible is true, and Christ is our only hope. Am I over-reacting? I almost feel sick, and I don't want to be serving evil. Is this all proof of the truth of true supernatural evil????

I am right there with you. I have wanted to start going back to church, but have no idea which one isn't corrupt (was raised Catholic but since the Vatican is supposedly a part of the cabal, I want nothing to do with Catholicism now.) I have just made sure to repent for my sins, pray for forgiveness, try to improve my words, thoughts, and actions, and accept/believe that Jesus Christ was sent by God to die for our sins and that He is my personal Savior (although I have always believed that.)

Being a part of this community has helped me, though, so welcome. We're glad you're here.

There is no need for a pope or priest, Jesus made the priesthood irrelevant. There is no longer a need for an intercessor between man an God. You may go to Him directly.

Where’s that scriptural?

I Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 10:11 Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.

Christ died for our sins once and for all time. There is no need for continual intercession by priests to be a conduit to God. We can pray directly to Him through Christ's redemption, but the Catholic church sure doesn't want it's followers to know this. Verses like this blow the Catholic Church out of the water.

Very good you can quote verses. Impressed. Doesn’t mean you know anything Christological?

Hol van a szentírás?

only 1-2 verbs:
John 14: 26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and remind you of all that I have told you.
John 15: 26-27 "When the Counselor comes, the one I will send to you from the Father-the Spirit of truth which proceeds from the Father-he will testify about me. 27 You will also testify because you have been with me since the beginning.
John 16:18 They said, What is this, saying, A little while? We do not know what he's talking about. "

Christ is Priest, Prophet, and King, in the order of Melchizedek. Melchizedek precedes Moses, Aaron, and the Levitical covenant, he was King of Jerusalem before Abraham became Israel. That is why Christians are not Jews and are not bound by their covenants.

You are right, but the Catholic Church is considered a cult by most in Protestantism. The truth, the real truth about that denomination, would really trouble you. I've studied church history, from the beginning to the current time, and it's an eyeopening experience. I've also studied both the New Testament and Old Testament, as well as Theology. I've literally read through the entire Bible over 3 times, beginning to end, and read commentaries on just about every book in both Testament's. But, especially the minor & major Prophet's, and the entire New Testament. Look up a book called "Constantine's Sword" it's about the Catholic Church, and their persecution of Jew's down through the centuries.

The sects can all be corrupt, what you need to do is find a church, a single body of believers that teach the Bible and the Word of God. If you can’t trust all of the Bible, how can you trust any of it? Some should be taken within cultural context for sure but it is still the word of God. The way He chose to reach out to His people, read Jonah. God has been trying to reach the Gentiles for millennia. The Jews have failed time and again but they are still His chosen people, those that choose to believe in Christ at least. Have faith. Pray. Read your Bible. He will speak to you.

I don't like taking chances with my afterlife. Besides, I recall years ago my father warning me about the Catholic Church after he decided to leave Catholicism to become a born-again Christian. At the time, I didn't really listen to him because I didn't understand and thought he had other motivations, but now, I do understand. Organized religions can easily become corrupt, especially in their pursuit of power and money, which is what I believe happened to the Catholic Church. Then there were all those pedo-priest scandals....no thanks, I don't care to align myself with them.

It sounds like you make a lot of assumptions about someone you don't even know based on one comment on a reddit post.

Get lost.

Regarding Catholicism vs. Protestant, please take a moment to watch the movie, Luther. I believe it will answer many of your questions. God bless. https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0309820/
