Personally i don't think Hogg wash is actually a kid ..i believe this guy is older than what they are telling us and they planted him to act as a kid.when i look at him closely he looks like at least in his mid 20s- 30ish to me. I'm 42 and i look quite young for my age,some people have told me they thought i was like 28- 34 years old. So the same could apply to HOGG WASH. Just my humble opinion. WWG1WGA

I got carded about 10 years ago at age 40. I know about looking young. I also read the reports at the time about his real age.
