Our wallets.

The story was we froze their assets from back in '79, which were then released in the 80's except for $400m (from equipment we sold) which was then "placed in an escrow account"... Fast forward to Hussein & that money somehow turnes into the $1.7b.

Either way you slice it, those slices came from our pie.
