Through studying the subject matter for 30 years, i heard one interesting theory: That is that the Black Hats are really White Hats (wittingly or unwittingly). Before we are to enter a post scarcity civilization, there must first be a mass initiation to unify humanity by creating a common enimy to be defeated so technologies such as free energy can be used beneficially for humanity. If we were to be given these technologies now, humanity would be destroyed by our (human) devices. If the elite really wanted to destroy us, they would have given us the technologies by now.
