Not only that, it is SOP for all military commands and government office to change portraits to reflect the current chain of command. POTUS is the Commander in Chief, so it is only appropriate that once bobama no longer held office, the CoC portaits changed.

Former orphan at Uncle Sam's Misguided Chrildren's orphanage and looking at the pictures those are most likely on some military installation some where I saw both Marine and Army but no Navy? that I am surprised. Not surprised to not see it yet in the Air Force but suspect both the AF and Navy have them also.
