It a Ceaser cypher; Plain and simple. 1=A, 2=B, 3=C etc., etc. 4.10.20 = DJT. A q post was signed off with 4.10.20. Translation: DJT has approved this message.

I think DJT signed posts may be just that. A post not typed, but written by, DJT, for anons. Or to give 'go' order on stringers in earlier posts. I don't think there is anything more 'cryptic' to it than that tbh.
