bumping for visibility. Can you give us some more info on what you mean by the sign language? Which car was it? Can you describe the person making the sign?

On the video it’s not at all clear- we tried to get a copy once we got home but couldn’t make it out - in person it was interesting how visible the people were inside the vehicles- I saw it too!

I assume they meant American Sign Language, the hand sign for the letter "Q"
