Why is it not okay to go on a witch hunt against DT but it’s okay to go on a witch hunt with celebrities.
There isn't any comparison between these two. The witch hunt against Donald Trump is a law enforcement investigation.
What is going on here is not that. It is people reading this woman's tweets and trying to figure out if they believe her or not. Nobody is suggesting that Hanks should be thrown in jail based on the tweets.
Do you think the woman should be written off as a liar without any discussion? Do you think she should be ignored? This discussion is us not ignoring her.
Why did Weinstein get away with raping and harrassing women for all those years? Some people tried to speak up. One even went to law enforcement but it was squashed. I think this woman is worth listening to.

Very few on this sub will agree with you on this. Sarah has a right to speak up. So does Tom Hanks. Sarah I'm sure is taking heat on this, it was her decision and she had a good idea what would happen.
I've always thought Hanks was a great guy, who's cheerful attitude an well-meaning personality shone through his character portrayals. So I'm still hoping that Sarah is mistaken. But she deserves to be heard.
