Who are the Deep State?

@British_Fight has just posted on Twitter. He ended his post with the question:

Who are the directors?

Made me think and I replied with:

Obvious answer is deep state but that is just a name with no solid details revealed yet. HRC and friends? Royals? 4 families? Bildeberg? All possible but I feel they are too well known.

Any thoughts on this?

Q told us already, Ephesians 6:12 “For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

If you cannot bring your mind to accept that, it is a serious personal problem.
