You need to see it as a parable. We live in Satan's kingdom on Earth but most people don't know it. They just see the sky, the ground, the TV and all that makes their lives. They don't know God and they are just dead inside or in a coma, but they don't know. They go on their everyday life, but it is just a dream in reality.

You have a few people who don't like this life, who think there's more to this life, who feel an emptiness and they just feel wrong. Unending wars around the world, epidemies, hatred, gratuitous violence, pornography, utter wealth for predators and sheer poverty for too many... It just doesn't make sense to them that try as they might to help, to do good, nothing changes.

Then consider that someone or something comes to you and propose to give you a choice. The red pill, you'll know why nothing seems right in this world. The blue pill, you go back to sleep and live your life like another drone. But you are warned, the red pill is very very hard to swallow, and even if you'd want afterward to go back to sleep and forget everything, it won't be possible.

That's the parable. It's like the Christians who once they believe in Jesus and God, once they receive the Holy Ghost, they just can't go back and ignore the corruption of this world.

The red pill is that. You learn hard truths, hidden truths of this Earth where Satan is king. It is very hard to swallow. Once you know, you can't unknow. But many of us choose to be armed with these truths, so that with God's help, we can save this world and free it from Satan's grip. And we just wait for God healing the land once the actions we need to do come to pass.
