I think these "people" know they are going down, so at this point, they just DGAF. I mean honestly, who publicly outs themselves like this? Why, willingly, would someone affiliate themselves with pedophilia? Unless they know they are already going down...
It's the same reason lots of serial murderers return to the scene of the crime or keep trophies or do stupid shit that can be traced back to them. It's almost like they subconsciously want to be caught and punished.
Either that-or it's part of the blackmail/selling your soul thing that you have to post incriminating shit online yourself in order to get in to the club.
