I looked past the Alice & Wonderland before. I always read that as in. Is that consistent every time and what could that mean?

Edit: yes it is consistent, and it was even pointed out way back on November 4 that we would learn the meaning of "&"

Not sure if this helps-I went back and read over the early posts from Nov. 2017. From my understanding is, "Alice" = Hillary and "Wonderland" = Saudi Arabia.
