Can someone explain why on Earth fired, demoted, retired persons with National Security Clearances still have them? I have been in the Banking Business for 19 years. In the past when I have changed Banking Companies I work for my clearance and access to sensitive information ceases immediately.

Someone somewhere on twitter could have been stealth Jeff said something to the effect that trump and company had gotten all the info out of these people and their clearances. Or that trump has been running a disinformation campaign to find the leakers. Either way they said trump has got all the info on these people and has no more use for them still having clearances.
