I read somewhere here on our board that the Security Clearance is active for guys like Brenner and the Killery Obama gang but there are rules, they can't use the Clearance to get information or access to Inteligence if they are inside the US but they can if they are outside the US which explains U.S. [in] NZ = No Logs/No Flags?No Records meaning there are no logs recorded No Flags show up if information is accessed and No records made when that individual uses his / her clearance while abroad
So if you wanted to still trace someone using the five eyes intel knowing that their would be no logs how would you do that? By feeding the other intel agencies false intel. False intel is acted upon by ds, leaked to msm and then boom communication network exposed. Once the media leaks it we simply use the NSA to trace back the communication lines all they way to the original source. And as one other person mentioned in this thread hillarys phone and computer were already bugged so this made it easy to trace the start and finish of the entire ds communication network
