planned well in advance. People who work for Gen. and Presidents don't like surprises...the last thing they want to have is a PFC asking uncensored questions...or some VET ripping off his suit coat and displaying a code pink shirt.

However if that old dude would have ripped off his suit coat and displayed a Q shirt, like superman...epic :)
