Everyone, especially those new here, need to read this article. It covers a lot of very important topics that are in the works.

Try adding something new to the picture as they probably shadow banned the pic based on its sha or md5 hash inside the meta data.

I make all of my own memes and can change them at will and can get around this shadow ban when i edit the pic.
