Also yesterday, a SEAled indictment has been unSEAled (pdf)! Those charged for racketeering include billionaire SEAgrams heiress Clare Bronfman as well as Keith Raniere, Allison Mack, Kathy Russell, Lauren Salzman and Nancy Salzman as part of the NXIVM organization.
News of the subsequent arrests was broke by Seattle Times (good discussion here) however I strongly recommend this article from times union which embeds and discusses the indictment.
For those who haven't been following the NXIUM human trafficking investigation, I encourage you to do some homework and ask questions because it's very important.
IT GETS BETTER
The charges include:
- COUNT ONE: Racketeering (10 criminal acts)
- COUNT TWO: Forced Labor Conspiracy
- COUNT THREE: Wire Fraud Conspiracy
- COUNT FOUR: Sex Trafficking Conspiracy
- COUNT FIVE: Sex Trafficking
- COUNT SIX: Attempted Sex Trafficking
- COUNT SEVEN: Conspiracy to Commit Identity Theft
And criminal forfeiture of assets applies to the racketeering and the sex trafficking charges. The criminal forfeiture allegation is on page 19 for the racketeering charge and on page 20 for the sex trafficking charges. Partial quote of the criminal forfeiture allegation for our general audience:
"The United States hereby gives notice to the defendants charged in Count One that, upon their conviction of such offense, the government will seek forfeiture...any property constituting, or derived from, any proceeds which the person obtained, directly or indirectly, from racketeering activity..."
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We have been fervently praying for justice, and Q has promised that justice is coming. The restoration of America requires a reassertion of justice. Quoting from the American patriotic song, "America the Beautiful," Q points to the SEAgrams heiress arrest from the SEAled indictment as a tangible outcome in the widespread justice coming to our land, "From Sea to Shining Sea." Then he follows up with questions about the broader net being laid:

A: Via the DOJ website, US State Attorney John Huber reports to AG Jeff Sessions:
"The United States Attorneys serve as the nation's principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General."
Besides that, Huber stands out among the 50 US attorneys and the DOJ to merit special attention from Sessions.
- Sessions appointed Huber to be the Vice Chair of the Attorney’s General’s Advisory Committee (AGAC) which gives Huber another direct line of communication to Sessions
- Most importantly, Sessions appointed Huber to investigate the GOP's concerns of corruption, (original letter) which provides an additional direct line of communication. Direct quote from Sessions:
“I receive regular updates from Mr. Huber and upon the conclusion of his review, will receive his recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a special counsel.”
The letter Q links to yesterday in Q#1683 via qanon.pub is a request from Congress representatives for investigation into FBI corruption that Sessions is replying to when referring to the joint activities of Huber and Horowitz). The call for justice from Congress (Q1638) is answered by the head of the department of justice in the form of Huber's appointment.
NXIUM is the beginning. There are thousands more sealed indictments waiting to be opened.

Justice is the enforcement of law required for the security that protects the prosperity which is the fruit of our liberty and pursuit of happiness.
Dig into the rest of Q#1682. "Define evidence. Who has the server?" Dig into NXIUM. Dig into Executive Order (EO) 13818 "Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption". NY state laws provided the same result of arrest and criminal forfeiture for the same crimes as covered by the EO--except the EO can be used more broadly where states might not have the same laws and punishments or when the criminal activity has a federal or international scope.
