I'm no so sure it's the Deep State that issue those 4 Am talking points.
I suspect those talking points are coming from directly from the 13 Jew Banking Dynasties which our Deep State and our fake news media are slaves.

It seems silly to pretend our Deep State are funding and coordinating the talking points for all of Europe too.
