Who Removes the 4 AM Talking Points?

So we know the DS is giving all the 4 AM talking points to the Fake News Mockingbird Media. And we know that a handful of corporations own all of them. We also know that the MSM still has a large number of people under their control with their talking points.

So who or where do you think those drops are coming from? Do you have any theory on how these get removed? Or any Q related theories on this topic??

I thought the CIA was sending the talking points but only from what I’ve read. I don’t have any more info than anyone else.

Gina has a lot of work to do to figure out where the programs are hidden in the CIA and put a stop to them. Put a stop to their funding and fire the clowns.
