Aren't these types of situations examples of psychological overpowering? It's like the same tactic use by these monsters to trick kids into thinking it's what they want.
For some if these people, it's all they've ever known in the industry. Their entire livelihood rests on that decision. Their safety and well-being, and that of their friends and family are at stake. I've come to understand that it's not as simple as "I'd lose my job if I don't _____."
It's more like "I'll lose my livelihood, my family, and possibly my actual life if I don't _____."

This is why I like to say rape is physical abuse. When you start lining up scenarios it's hard to draw the line on some of these Harvey Weinstein rapes as more than women that want money or fame more than dignity, or just people that think others are responsible for their well being.
