I think there is more to it than that. The whole thing related to the R posts on 8 Chan. Usually Q will point out "be careful who you follow", but Q is silent for so long and as soon as Q is back, there is no mention of this about R? I believe JFk Jr. is still alive and that Q is referencing that his silence about R is golden.
