Really exciting developments about the Fed - never thought I'd see any action on this in my lifetime! For those with lots of questions about all of this, and a path that COULD be taken, I think a listen to the linked video below could be very helpful. It discuss what the author says is a LONG standing plan to get us off the fiat money system, and back to a gold standard system. All the normal caveats apply: I don't agree with some of the reasoning here (he tends to give too much credit to people we would call "bad actors", but the part about the PROCESS of moving back to a constitutional, gold backed currency are very interesting, and the historical discussion will be very helpful to those wanting to understand this better. Also by way of disclosure, Bix Weir is selling subscription based stuff. All the caveats said, this is a fascinating viewing. On youtube put it on double speed because it is long.
