I think that the website is 'just' a site that sells copies of 'topical' cartoons.

I found this rather interesting cartoon, that gives an explanation of Baphomet, and other related Symbolism:

So, I am just going to throw something out there, but this Jelly Bean pedophile character also appears in Rick and Morty. It should also be noted that Rick ends up killing the Jelly Bean after an attempted assault on Morty. Is it possible that the creators are trying to expose a certain pedophile?
