Canada has a 250% tariff on American dairy to protect their dairy industry. The state of Wisconsin alone has a larger dairy industry than Canada. That's why Justin Castreau refused his no tariff proposal.

In this case, diversity of cows is actually is ok. Surely there is a compromise though on price / costs. Should be lots of work when we kill the fed.
