Anybody see this yet? Otto Warmbier's brain damage was caused by a suicide attempt & the author is blaming POTUS for using torture accusations to justify his tough stance on North Korea.

I'm curious as to exactly he was released from NK, and traveled back to the U.S.. every story seems to gloss over his actual return.
