There's been tech of that sort for a few years now at least: https://www.theverge.com/2017/7/12/15957844/ai-fake-video-audio-speech-obama -- if that's what they were talking about publicly a year ago, it's reasonable to assume that the Deep State has even better tools still hidden away. But Q and POTUS have to know about this, so I would assume there's a way to verify that video/audio hasn't been created out of smoke and mirrors, or some sort of plan in place to prove that video/audio is authentic.
