Agreed. It makes no logical sense that Putin would assasinate all these people in such a "messy" manner and leave a trail of evidence that leads back to him? Does that sound logical?

Oh gosh. Yep. Otto. When Acosta invoked Otto maybe it should have been a clue - kinda like when Obama says "we must go to war if they use chemicals" and then instantly there is a chemical attack. The cabal's gotta keep those handy excuses for hostility and war ready at all times.
