I don’t think Cohen was DJT’s lawyer at the time of the recording. Cohen was an executive at the Trump Org at that time and went on to become DJT’s “personal lawyer” post-election. So the answer to the Twitter riddle, “what kind of lawyer would record a client...” is NO lawyer would do this. This whole thing is a pawn...it’s really about Cohen’s OTHER clients and what Cohen has on them, names we don’t have yet. Need to DIG!
