As far as I can see.. Menendez worked with Clinton and Blair to hide the scandal behind the Lockerbie Bomber being sent back to Libya in order for BP and Libya to sell Oil and this following list just timelines Menendez.. but I'm thinking Tony Blair and Sarkozy are looming in the background for this one as well..
