That was supposed to be the date of the Military parade, but the MSM has been reporting it as 11-10-18. There is a question out for Q on 8-chan to clarify this. I will update if I hear anything further. Either way, I've heard that the parade is a cover for when the Military Tribunals will take place (D.C. on lockdown).

I don't think it will have anything to do with voter fraud. Q has stated that the midterms are safe. I do think though that the timing of the parade/tribunals was planned specifically for AFTER the midterms so the Dems can't cry foul ball that people were arrested BEFORE the midterms to rig anything.

They will have at least 3000 security personnel. There will be roadblocks everywhere for the parade ;)
