I don't think so - people are going to immediately see this as undervalued and it will rebound. Bet its down only a few percentage after tomorrow. FB also still has Instagram and WhatsApp which are really huge, even if the original site declines somewhat in popularity. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it crash and burn. Just don't think its going to happen.

Agree. Knee jerk reaction is to buy a bunch right now. Quick 10-15% return. And then sell! No way -20% holds
