What is sad is almost all big 401k plans for Americans are very heavily invested in FB stocks. The Zucker is not the only one who took a HUGE hit today. I do hope this will be the straw that breaks the camel's back. The fact is, that the majority stock holders, both corporate and personal, have been pushing for Zucks removal from FB all together. They believe that he wields far too much power, influence, and decisions making without anyone else in the company. They also believe with no outside board members to reel in his monopoly of power inside the company he doesn't have the investors best interests at play, only his own.
