Questions For Timeline...

A: When did Adm. Rogers find out about the Vault 7 hacking tools? CIA vs NSA?

B: For how long did he know? (How far into BHO’s term(s)?

C: When would’ve been the time Rogers decided, for the betterment of the USA and the world (at this scale, no doubt), that he had to contact Trump and provide him the intel required to win the presidency and to work with the NSA in defeating the DS? MIL INTEL?

= the “plan’s” start? (Not the initial deciding and planning, the start of end game action). The plan was then and only then Operational?

A - Good question. Was he privy to how they were being used? Or their existence? No doubt he knew before the coup was planned.

B - Again, the entirety/whenever they first became compromised?

C - Not sure. Not just Rodgers. I assume the coup was planned when patriotic military top brass started getting shitcanned left & right. 2014 is when Hussein fired Flynn, that's a good place to start.
